Child Safety Standards

1. Our position

Cy Dot Net has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, and for creating, sharing, storing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content or conduct is prohibited and results in immediate removal, account bans, and reports to competent authorities.

2. Age

The app is for adults and users old enough to use messaging services in their country. It is not directed at children under 13. We remove accounts we determine belong to underage users.

3. How to report in the app

Anyone can report child safety concerns without leaving the app:

• Settings → Report a child safety concern. This opens a report to our safety team.
• From a contact or chat profile → Report this user, including the account id and chat id.

Include a description of the incident, the user id or phone number if known, the date of the message or media, and any screenshots you can share.

5. What we do after a report

• We review reports promptly during business hours, and urgently when a child’s safety is at risk.
• We remove violating content and restrict or ban the account.
• We retain report records as needed for investigation and legal compliance.
• When we have a reasonable suspicion of CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to competent authorities.

6. Reports to authorities

We comply with applicable law in Saudi Arabia and other countries where we operate. CSAM-related reports are made to competent national and regional authorities, including the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia, and to the NCMEC CyberTipline where legally required.

7. Prevention

• An explicit ban on this conduct in our terms of use.
• In-app reporting tools and a public contact point.
• Content removal and bans for violating accounts.
• Cooperation with lawful law-enforcement requests.
